I am a little late writing this post – a year to be exact (how!!!??), but 2020 was just a little different – am I right?
Brooklin is a graduate of Lubbock-Cooper High School and is currently attending WT where she is continuing her dreams and aspirations in Technical Theater. Brooklin was also a superb student of mine her Junior year. I could always count on Brooklin’s wit and dedication every day in class. I also enjoyed the glimpses I got to see her in her senior year. From having my class her Junior year she knew my coffee addiction, and occasionally stopped by for coffee in her study period that conveniently aligned with my conference. I also looked forward to watching Brooklin perform in the spring of her senior year, as she was one of the leads in the varsity theatre production that was to compete in UIL. But the COVID cloud changed all of our plans over spring break. We luckily took her senior photos in February and I had the best time! We ventured all around the art district and downtown areas of Lubbock for her session. I love capturing the personality of every senior, couple, and family I photograph. I feel that we captured her personality and love for coffee shops and the arts quite well! I am honored to have been Brooklin’s teacher as well as senior photographer.
Brooklin, even though this post is late up on my blog – thank you for choosing my class and me to photograph your senior pictures. I know you will be amazing at whatever you choose to do, WT got a good one even though I lobbied hard for LCU, as a true Alumnus should. 🙂
