TY + JULIA

If you told me ten years ago that I would be a professional wedding photographer and getting to serve my own family, I think I would cry tears of happiness. I have been “photographing” Julia, her sister, and cousin since they were in elementary and middle school, and yet I’m still only 25 – amazing how that happens!

I am SO excited and honored to photograph Ty and Julia’s engagements and their wedding in June. Our whole family is extremely excited for their wedding day and officially adding Ty to our family.

We had a fun time adventuring around the downtown McKinney area – a first for me. If you have never been it’s really quite a fun scene! Julia and Ty met while both attending A&M Commerce, and now work and live in the DFW area making downtown McKinney the perfect place for their engagement session. Though, I think my favorite part was Julia texting me afterward about Ty’s newfound modeling career! They definitely made my job easy!

Everything about the session was an absolute dream (even when it was threatening to rain 80% of the session), this West Texas girl was so excited about trees, REAL TREES, that I had to take some of their engagements in a small park area before we headed over to the downtown area. I love Julia and Ty and their engagement session so much and I know you will too!
