Silver Falls Park + Ransom Canyon Engagement Session

MATTHEW + NATALIE

Do you want to know what I love?

I love it when couples do something unique for their engagement session! Natalie emailed me and shared her engagement session idea, and I loved it!

I have known Natalie since she was in 4th grade. I was blessed to be her and her two younger siblings’ babysitter when I was in high school. (I feel a bit old typing that.)

I am incredibly honored that she and her parents asked me to photograph her and Matthew’s engagements, wedding, and also Natalie’s bridals. I love Natalie and her family and am incredibly excited to be part of this special time!

Matthew and Natalie started their session at the Silver Falls Park, and then we drove over to Ransom Canyon for a perfect on-the-water sunset! It was so much fun getting to go to these two beautiful locations for their shoot, but what I really loved the most was getting to spend time with these two and hearing their story!

Matthew and Natalie will be moving to Olton when they are married! Olton is Natalie’s hometown and also where they met while Matthew was a coach there. Matthew actually caught Natalie’s eye! She asked her friend, another coach’s wife, about the new coach (Matthew) after watching her younger brother’s game. Her friend introduced them, and they hit it off!

It’s obvious when you’re around these two that they are a fantastic pair. Matthew and Natalie’s energy, sweet spirits, and love for one another made their shoot such a dream! It was an honor to be a part of their engagement session, but it will also be such an honor to be a part of their wedding day! It will be here before we know it and I can’t wait!

xoxo,

Macalee
