Memorial Day Backyard Wedding

NATHAN + MARGO

Nathan and Margo are married!!

They celebrated their big day in their future home’s backyard and I have to tell you, it was probably the most convenient wedding I have ever done in Lubbock! Everything was in one location, and it was so gorgeous! Every detail was thought of for this sweet backyard wedding. Details are one of my favorite things about the wedding day. So much planning goes into every wedding (no matter how many guests are invited), so I feel it is my job to capture all of these details to ensure in telling the whole story of the day. All of the decorations were created by the bride and groom, including the arch, guest sign-in wall hanging and wood burned accents adding final touches to the reception tables. I was in awe when I saw all of the special decorations they made! It was perfectly feminine with a rustic feel to it! Everything about their wedding was stunning!

However, as awesome as the decor was, the best part of the day was seeing Nathan and Margo together… happy, in love, and MARRIED! Nathan comes alive when he’s around Margo, and you should have seen his face when he watched her walk down the aisle!! If you read their engagement post, then you know that Margo and I started out our teaching careers at the same school. I loved catching up with Margo and seeing her boys, and seeing how happy and in love she and Nathan are! I pray that God blesses and keeps their love strong throughout their life together!

I hope you enjoy my favorites from this beautiful Memorial Day backyard wedding in Lubbock, and a huge thank you to Nathan, Margo, and your families for making this wedding such a dream to photograph!

Great people make all the difference!

If you have any questions about any of the decorations from this wedding shoot me an email. The couple did all of the decorating themselves and Nathan built and designed a bunch of what was used!
