A Sage and Blush Spring Baker Building Wedding

JONATHAN + ASPEN

I am so excited to share about my FIRST wedding of 2021!!! What a beautiful day celebrating Jonathan and Aspen’s love and start of their married life together. From the moment I arrived I could tell the amount of love that Jonathan and Aspen’s family have for them.

Every detail was so intentional about their day and to me, the details on a wedding day are what set apart and show off every couple’s story. Faith was a deep root in their families as well as the ability to really enjoy one another and cut loose – just wait until you see their dancing skills towards the end of this post!

Aspen had three first looks – with her bridesmaids, father, step-father and grandfather. Everyone was so excited to see her in her beautiful wedding dress! One of my very favorite moments of the day (and maybe it’s because I have a little girl of my own now) was when Aspen’s mother, step-mom, cousins, aunts, and grandmother had a special moment to be the first to see her in her dress as well as help her get dressed and prayed over her and Jonathan’s marriage. There were definitely tears around the room including my own behind the camera.

Jonathan was so anxious to see his bride, (as he should be), and watching him finally see her and get to hold her hand at the altar made him light up – and I don’t think I was the only one to notice! This was a fun celebration of a beautiful couple and I know you will enjoy some of my favorites from their day!!

Thank you Aspen and Jonathan for choosing me to be your engagement and wedding photographer and entrusting me to tell your wedding day story!
